It depends on your order status.
If the order has not yet been sent to production
You can cancel or edit your order if it has not yet been sent to production. Feel free to add or remove products, or change your shipping address.
If the order has already been sent to production
Canceling the order
If an order has already been sent to production, it means that we have sent all of the order information to the print provider and they could already be working on fulfilling your order. That's why at this point it may not be possible to cancel the order for free.
Our support team will contact the print provider and try to cancel the order for you, but we can’t guarantee they’ll be able to do that if the product has already entered the production cycle. To cancel an order, go to “Orders” → open the order you would like to cancel → click on the 3 dots in the top righthand corner and choose “Cancel Order”.
Adding or removing products
At this stage, you won’t be able to make any changes to individual products in your order.
Changing shipping address
To change your shipping address, go to “Orders” → open the order you would like to update → click “Edit” in the “Shipping Address” block.
NOTE: At this stage, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to change the shipping address as the order may have already been prepared for shipping.
